Support for Estrangement, Grief, and Relationship Repair
Life can feel overwhelming when relationships fracture, grief lingers, or addiction disrupts the stability you long for. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex trauma, relationship repair, estrangement, grief, and recovery with clarity and compassion.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I provide trauma-informed therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches, including TF-CBT, CBT+, and advanced Gottman Method training (Level 3). I work extensively with couples rebuilding after betrayal, families navigating estrangement, and individuals healing from addiction and complex trauma. I am also a Certified Grief Educator and trained in family estrangement and reconciliation work.
My style is warm, structured, and collaborative. Clients often share that they feel both deeply supported and gently challenged in our work together. Whether you are working to rebuild trust, process loss, strengthen communication, or break long-standing relational patterns, therapy can become a transformative space for growth and healing.
In addition to private practice, I have served as a clinical supervisor and program leader in community mental health. I also facilitate groups parents and grandparents navigating family estrangement.
Reaching out for support is a courageous step. If you're ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
